In this relativistic, postmodern, post Christian era, it seems we are long since past any simple judgements based on good versus evil. During the past generation, there have been far too many lapses in even those obvious distinctions. As a result, today we are left with only the gray areas between evils and "lesser evils". One such area is the abortion issue. Abortion, apparently is the acceptable "lesser evil" we must tolerate as opposed to the evil of unwanted children. And, of course, the evil of abortion affords the risks involved with the "lesser evils" of sexual promiscuity, adultery, fornication, incest and rape. So that, today, infanticide fits comfortably within our definition of justice. Well did Isaiah write: "....and judgement is turned away backward, and justice stands afar off ...." (Is 59:14)
As a Christian, I can not condone the bombings of abortion "clinics"; even without any loss of life. However, while judgement is "turned away backward" and justice stands "afar off", millions of defenseless, innocent babies are being destroyed in the womb!
So, left as we are, with today's less "discriminating" standard of comparison between "evil" and "lesser evil",----Which, now, is the lesser evil ----destroying the brick and mortar of the "clinics" or the humanity being destroyed inside the "clinics"?
In the geopolitical realm, nations, as a last resort, do not hesitate to annihilate whole cities and any innocent bystanders in the name of whatever cause is believed to be right or just. Yet, morally outraged individuals, after patiently, yet futilely, appealing to a "evil vs lesser evil" "justice" system, are labeled "fanatical" when they come against the brick and mortar of infanticide!
Until the moral outrage against the "evil" of abortion rises to the level of, at least, moral sympathy for the cause of these "fanatics", the "evil" of abortion will remain. Oh that the German people would have come against those death camps!
I'm a little uneasy with the prospect that, in the view of the current Holocaust, will God's judgement fall on the activist or the idle?

Why is it seemingly so essential that the world become as one? Why this push for globalism in politics, religion & etc,? Why must we all move in together and compromise our convictions and values just so we can all just "get along"? Aren't we resourceful or diplomatically flexible enough to coexist with each other without having to all become alike? Ethinic purity belongs to everyone to celebrate, cherish and perpetuate -------- not erode and eliminate. We should be accenting our cultural differences, traditions for all to see and appreciate ------ not trying to melt them all into one artificial, meaningless composite as an "easy fix" for the world's problems. The politically correct crowd of today seems to believe that unless we all live in the same neighborhood or go to the same churches and schools, that we aren't "getting along". Forcing cultures together does everything BUT bring peace! It creates friction and strife (cultural clash - not cultural diversity) The term "minorities" is defined by cultures coming together, and you have immediate division and accusations of predjuice and special rights.

In the Book of Genesis: Chapter 11, it is written: Now the whole earth had one language and one speech----- And the Lord said, "Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them. Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another's speech." So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth---.

Why is the world trying so hard to "undo" what the Lord, Himself, has done? I think He had a very good reason for Genesis, chapter eleven! Maybe so we'd turn to Him in order to get along with each other. But no, in defiance, we're on our way back to Genesis 11 (globalism). And when we have our world government and our world church ------- God will step in again------for the last time!!!

How is it that the "lie" has gained such credibility and acceptance in our culture of late? Truth is no longer a firm foundation but rather an increasingly eroded beach continually beat upon by the crashing waves of deception. How long can a civilization endure that defines freedom without using the words restraint, morality and discipline? How can a people long survive defining perversion as a "healthy" lifestyle even as we battle it's plague of aids? Do we cavalierly sacrifice our preborn in the name of convenience and "freedom" and yet dare believe in tomorrow? Have we forgotten how to blush? "Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? Nay, they were not at all ashemed, neither could they blush." (Jeremiah 6:15)

I fear the worst. I fear the light that we think we see is really darkness (Luke 11:35): "Take heed, therefore, that that light that is in thee be not darkness". Because, if it is, how great is that darkness, as we have no motivation to seek the light, thinking we already possess it! Are we so gullible not to see through this disguise? Are we so blind, or is it simply the encroaching darkness?

"And this is the condemnation, that the lignt has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil". (John 3:19)

The Supreme Court Justices of our nation consult with our Constitution in order to correctly "interpret" the laws of the land. I presume the Court does so with an eye toward the "original intent" of the framers of that Constitution in regard to the definition and purpose of justice.

The Court's disgraceful ruling on the constitutionality of the ban Congress valiantly attempted to place on animated child pornography (Pedophilia), reminded me of that "original intent" contained in the words of our second President - John Adams: "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate for the government of any other." Whether it's Roe vs Wade, prayer in school, burning the American flag, or child pornography, I fear any regard for "original intent" has been long since abandoned!

To the Founding Fathers, there was no freedom outside the bounds of morality. Any "freedom of expression" outside those bounds was not liberty but rather "license". The "rule of law", according to "original intent" was (and should still be) to preserve liberty WITHOUT compromising or sacrificing morality! The "rule of law" prevents us from taking liberties with our liberty (license).

There are monsters preying on our children (those fortunate enough to escape the womb). Justices of the Supreme Court, in your latest ruling, you are now providing them (monsters) with the appetizers! "And judgment is turned away backward, and justice stands afar off......." (Isaiah 59:14)

Question? The "aids epidemic"in the world began exclusively in the homosexual community. Even now, it is responsible (through anal sex) for 80% of aids cases. Any other cases can be traced to gay blood transfusions into the "straight" community or by "transexuals" intermingling with the "straight" community.

So then why, in the name of all that's sane, is the deviance and perversion of homosexuality being presented, promoted and even advocated as a "normal alternative life style"? How ridiculously futile (dog chasing it's tail) for us to committ all our medical resourses, fund raisers and promotional awareness advertising to halting or curing this plague, only to sympathize with and promote those who are bringing it upon us!

Using clean needles is not a remedy for drug addiction; Abortion or condoms are not remedies for premarital fornication or extramarital adultry, and referring to perversion as normality will not change the dire consequences of the act.

Once we leave the boundaries of morality, attempting to redefine immorality in order to make it acceptable or functional, is so sadly futile and destructive - to individuals, families and, yes, even civilizations!

God help us!

Question: If Christianity is true and yet only one of the many ways to God or salvation, why, do you suppose God insisted that His only begotten Son be tortured, spit upon and crucified. Jesus pleaded with His Father that if it were possible, to let "this cup pass from me". It obviously wasn't possible. If, indeed, Christianity is to be considered ---- at all, it must stand alone, as God the Father surely would have opted for one of the many less costly, sacrificial alternatives. Jesus is the only one worthy to claim: "No one comes to the Father except through me".
One can understand why Satan would create as many imitations and imposters to the "Truth" as possible. Why are we so easily decieved? Christ lived the only perfect life in the flesh and now, because He was crucified as an innocent, He is authorized to give His righteousness to the guilty ----- US!! Reach up and take it..........it's FREE!

Like the cancer it is, terrorism also has cells. These cells may form into a gigantic tumor like Afghanistan. Such a tumor can destroy organs in a body such as the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. Those organs have been removed along with a large part of the tumor, but cancer (terrorist) cells yet remain in the world body. Agressive treatment must be pursued toward the elimination of these "cells" if a recurrance of cancer is to be avoided. This aggressive therapy will not be pleasant to the body, and may cause further suffering and disruption of daily routine. The body may even be permanently altered in its battle for survival against this decease, but the treatment is without alternative. Watered down generic bottles of politically correct Dr Good are shown now to be more the cause than the cure.

So many people often find
that much of life just doesn't rhyme

If you deny truth, you are deceived by its opposite. Truth awaits invitation, while the lie demands entrance. Truth expects acceptance, while the lie schemes to be embraced. Truth stands bare and unashamed, while the lie must be a master of disguise. Truth will set you free, while the lie will keep you bound. The truth might hurt, but the lie will destroy. Truth is real, but the lie is an illusion. Most no longer believe in absolute truth ------- and look around!
